Modification and Return Policy
Order, Modification, and Return Policy at Fahdah Threads Store
All abayas are tailored based on the customer’s order.
The tailoring process takes 10-14 days.
Since our abayas at Fahdah Threads are custom-made and not ready-made, they cannot be exchanged or returned if they meet the specifications.
Modification or cancellation requests cannot be made after 6 hours from the completion of the order.
The product can be modified or returned in the following cases:
Return:
– If the customer receives the wrong order (the value of the order will be refunded to the customer).
– If the customer receives an incomplete order (the missing product will be delivered to the customer or the value of the missing product will be refunded).
Upon return, your request will be processed, and the amount will be refunded within 14 working days from the date of receiving the product.
Modification:
No modifications can be made after 6 hours from the completion of the order.
You can request modifications to our products within 24 hours of receiving the order if they do not match the agreed specifications with the customer or in case of delivery error or non-negligent execution error.
If modifications are made to the measurements of the abaya, it cannot be returned.
*Please note that any notes written in the order should be communicated to us so that we can inform you whether they can be implemented or not.
